Pavel Durov est un jeune prodige né en 1984, formé en philologie à l’Université d’Etat de Saint-Petersbourg. Il a fondé successivement Vkontakte, le Facebook Russe, puis Telegram, application de messagerie tellement sécurisée que même les militants macronistes l’ont utilisée durant leur première campagne électorale.
