Cette décision, prise en mars 2021, est soutenue par 26 nations, dont l’Australie, le Canada, l’Islande, la Norvège, la République de Corée, l’Afrique du Sud, l’Ukraine, le Royaume-Uni, les États-Unis, l’Uruguay et les États membres de l’Union européenne. L’absence de la Russie, de la Chine et de l’Inde parmi ces 26 pays mérite d’être soulignée.
