High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program HAARP began a research campaign for determining mechanisms for the detection of orbiting space debris. Day 1 capture : Possibly #HAARP at 4.570 MHz , f°F2 = 4.575 MHz, it’s near frequency per campaign handouts. Ceased at 0115 UTC.
